One of the most ancient art forms, this dance has long been connected with women’s wellness, supporting physical strength, fluidity, confidence, emotional release, and a deeper sense of connection to one’s own True Self.

Guided by Qinghong Wei, PhD, an artist who carries thousands of years of ancient lineage of spiritual artists, an experienced teacher who have studied with many contemporary world-class artists. She has spend the past five years studying directly with Mother Nature on a mountain farm in Western North Carolina.
